GPT-Live video is not a released capability as of July 28, 2026. Do not confuse visual answers or image attachments with continuous camera input. For live camera or screen sharing, use Advanced Voice on a supported mobile plan.

Use Advanced Voice camera input on a supported mobile account when the model needs a changing live view.
Use Advanced Voice screen sharing on supported mobile devices, and avoid exposing passwords, private messages, or unrelated notifications.
First confirm which Voice mode is selected. Live intentionally has no camera or screen-sharing control at launch. Switch to Advanced under Settings → Voice if your account offers it.
Video and screen sharing are limited to eligible subscribers in supported ChatGPT iOS and Android apps. Update the app, grant camera or screen-recording permission, and verify that a workspace admin has not disabled Voice.
Daily and per-conversation video limits apply. Reaching a video limit may still leave audio Voice available. Start a new conversation only when the product indicates the per-conversation limit, and wait for the daily allowance to reset when required.
