Use Voice regularly
Go or Plus adds GPT-Live-1 and published time allowances. Choose between them based on the rest of the ChatGPT plan, not Voice alone.
Use Voice intensively
Pro is the consumer tier aimed at substantially higher or unlimited GPT-Live usage, but confirm the price and allowance shown for your account.
Why your limit may look different
OpenAI says Live allowances can change and measures usage in a rolling 24-hour window. A limit therefore does not reset at a universal midnight, and an account banner is more authoritative than an old screenshot.
Plan price, region, workspace type, flexible credits, abuse guardrails, and staged rollout can affect what you see. A single Live conversation can also end at two hours even when the account still has remaining allowance.
If the Voice button or Live option is missing, update the app, confirm that Voice is enabled for the workspace, and use the troubleshooting guide.

No. The current Voice Help page publishes rolling allowances for Go and Plus rather than unlimited GPT-Live-1 access.
Is ChatGPT Pro always unlimited?
The published $200 Pro plan lists unlimited GPT-Live-1 subject to guardrails. OpenAI also documents a lower-priced Pro allowance in some contexts, so verify the plan shown in your account.
Does a ChatGPT plan include GPT-Live API usage?
No public GPT-Live-1 API is generally available, and ChatGPT subscriptions are separate from API billing.
